Scott, a 19 year old college sophomore at a state university, has recently pledged membership to a fraternity. He is majoring in international relations and active in the college community as a member of the gymnastics and debate teams. He is looking forward to a party on Friday night hosted by his fraternity where the senior members who are older than 21 will supply the alcohol. He used to drink and smoke cigarettes with his friends in high school and has come to view these parties as an essential way to help him “unwind.”
